A new year... and the phone is ringing off the hook!
Hi folks,
So here we are in 2018 talking about property and all I can say so far is “same stuff, different year!”
In the 1st week back after the holidays, the phone has been ringing off the hook, although I have to say that this is the norm every year not just in busy markets like this.
When I was selling in London back in the day, (that makes me feel old) the busiest people around the 4th January were real estate agents and recruitment consultants, this was an annual occurrence and was what I call ‘new year, new life syndrome.” In essence as new years resolutions are set so people like to make those life changing decisions, whether that is buying a property or getting a new job.
